All equipment and supplies are to be provided by the vendor (e.g., tent, table, chairs).
Acknowledgement of Procedure
1. Set-up Time: All vendors must be fully set up 30 minutes prior to the event start time.
2. Clean-up: Vendors are responsible for the removal of all trash and materials from their designated area following the event.
3. Liability: Health & Infectious Disease Care (HIDC) and Cadet Solutions are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property.
